We collect: (a) account information you provide, such as your name, company, and email; (b) authentication data managed through our provider; (c) billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store your full card number); (d) a machine fingerprint for QCGen, used solely to bind your license to your device; and (e) basic technical data such as log information necessary to operate the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to: create and manage your account; provide, activate, and enforce your license; process payments and subscriptions; send transactional emails (such as account confirmation and license notifications); provide customer support; and maintain the security and reliability of the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate QCTools (see "Service Providers" below), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their marketing.
5. Service Providers
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Netlify (website hosting), Resend (transactional email), and our own license-activation servers hosted on Netlify. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and license information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@qctools.app. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies necessary for authentication and to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

The Service is intended for professional use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
